I don't think thats enough to constitute a riot. You need tons of people (you got that), almost all of them have to be chanting something (I only saw a few people doing that, the chant would go something like "We Want the Mission!" or "We Pay we Say!") there needs to be tons of lag, there needs to be moderators there, people have to be banned, and stuff like that.
