Oh my lord, terrible information. You forgot to mention that the Deluxe bundle comes with Nintendoland as well. Which according to rev3games, is one of the reasons to buy the system. Also, it's cheaper if you want nintendoland.

I wouldn't say so. It's just used to give you gaming experience more useful and convenient features such as menus, inventories, or drawing. It's not for playing Angry Birds or playing on a piano app.
