Tyco mini hopper.

My tyco mini hopper I found on the rc forums. Neat little car. Only thing wrong was it was missing the 2 lights. I bought an old china knockoff mini hopper with basically the same body and put the 2 missing lights off it onto my tyco.

Hey matt78tv... I was wondering, does the remote for this car have a 'turbo' on it? the turbo function works when you press the forward/backward control a little bit further forward than normal. I have a Taiyo (the parent company of tyco) Jet Hopper II from about 1990, and i'm looking for a remote, mine is missing :( the one you have there looks similar.

anyone remember about the tyco fx-4? my neighbor had one and i thought it was the hottest rc car back when i was in elementary school and into middle school. I can't find anything at all on that rc car other than on the box of one of my tyco's it shows it. only thing i've found is mini fx-4 on ebay. i'd love to get ahold of the full size fx-4 and i remember mostly about the cool lights mostly. I miss those days but i don't miss school : )

hey is yours full function steering or does it just turn when you put it in reverse? I just got 1 missing 1 light and controller. got it running with a boat controller but it wont turn. also mine doesnt have shocks up front . nice buggy tho. u should put a vid up of it running.
