1986 Dennis Fire Engine (Ex-Dublin Fire Brigade) interior video - Perkins V8-640

In-cab view of myself driving my 1986 Dennis RS133 driving along on a test run after fitting a new fuel lift pump and fiters, this is a V8-640 engined appliance and the engine sounds considerably deeper than the video of my 1979 Dennis with a smaller V8-540, and iis a hell of alot more powerful as well!!

@ImRatherTall - bouncy wasnt the word for it, changed the shock absorbers since this vid was made, and its not much better. The joys of heavy leaf springs eh!

Yes you cant really hear the V8 rumble inside the cab, but trust me you'd heard it outside, and you'd certainly hear this baby coming up the road!!
