I have Civ IV. I've been thinking about purchasing V, but I'm not sure- somehow, it doesn't feel like a 'sequel' after looking and hearing about the gameplay.

I still play lord of the realm 2 time to time. I don't have 3 anymore, I didn't like it as much as 2, which was an epic game. You have civilizations 5? It's awesome! Watch some youtube vids, you might like it if you like lotr 2 or 3.

LOTR 2 was so much better!! I don't know how 2 went from being an all time classic to #3 a disgrace. I threw it away after two plays. Such a disappointment.

NEVER EVER PUT THE ARCHERS IN FRONT OF THE ARMY! they are the strongest part of the army if you use them right put pikes in the front and swords/axe menns behind them again
