@mcghregle: i also discovered the same thing. I found it though - I landed on Sun's page for LWUIT 1.4 and launched the Designer from there - I chose the jnlp one. It downloaded and installed on my pc, and put a shortcut on the desktop. Hope this helps

Where i can get this LWUIT's New GUI Builder? I've been download LWUIT 1.4 and i only get the old ones T_T
