Minecraft Medieval town

i used single player commands for flying, noclip, leveling out land, copying 3 houses and other various tedious tasks:

the world will be up for download at some point in the future, a commentary video will also be coming later today and will be submitted to minecraftdotnet (the youtube channel) for some extra coverage

annotations to the castle cathedral and this talk through video will be added as and when the video's are up.

i have no idea how many blocks were used but i know the cobblestone floor alone had over 4500 blocks so you can use your imagination, this took 2 days (on and off, but mostly on) to complete and there's still a lot i would like to add if i had the willpower =P

i used pretty much every image under "medieval house" on google search for inspiration and did my best to copy them accuratly to make it look as realistic as possible, 80% of the houses have full interiors and with each house i tried to create a unique feel of class and function. the part im most pleased with is the gatehouse because it looks pretty ^_^ but ill be going through all this crap in my commentary video.

I downloaded it and spawned in the air and died. Now im at the viking village. But have NO IDEA what direction to go to find teh city in your video. Would you mine giving m the coordinates of it please?

@MrDustyDreamer sorry man, if you watch through my videos on the epic map from the start you should get a sence of the surroundings, apart from that theres not much i can do =/

so annoying that you people on here can make good videos but cant figure out how to render the proper aspect ratio meaning even though its widescreen it shows up as letterboxed on a widescreen moniter :-(

guys a cool thing u can do with this map is spawn like 500 ghasts with the eggs than switch the game mode to survival and run outside and defend it
