no before they married muneshige didn't have the surname tachibana. but when he and ginchiyo hooked up her father allied with him and treated him like his own son and therefore gave him the surname :)

They put it on wii too make amends for the abomination known as samurai warriors katana
the wii isnt all that bad but it needs more violent games

They now have 2 Tachibana's in the Samurai Warriors series, but not Dosetsu Tachibana, who is much better than the others :)
