Hey Jessica! I'm sooo happy for you on your weight loss. Are you still on the Medifast diet...I didn't see any new videos. I plan on starting after Thanksgiving. You are my inspriation!! Hey its me again, I just wanted you to know that i started Medifast on Oct. 29th and I have lost in the last 3.5 weeks a total of 17 LBS.!!!!! It does work and thanks for inspiring me to give this a try. Its been a God send!!!!! People wont believe it but I sure do now. Hope your doing well still.
