Liverpool supporter here. I have to respect this band for putting football rivalries aside and helping support the 96 who died in Sheffield that sad day. People may not know this but Liverpool and Manchester United didn't always hate each other. We had a rivalry, but we didn't hate each other. After Munich we offered our support, as the two biggest clubs in England we respected each other. Hell, we don't even remember what it feels like to have a rivalry without hate, do we? It's been too long.

ok much as i hate to say it the mancs have made some of the best music ever Fact. And man utd may be as good as liverpool one day . . love this song by the way lol
At the end of the day, Liverpool & Manchester are both city's which mainly argue over football teams... This isn't about football, This is The Stone Roses, This is about OUR Mersey paradise (That goes for Liverpool & Manchester) Now all chill the fuck out and enjoy the music! Hopefully we'll all be able to get along for three fucking days at Heaton Park ay?
