Sick video. And yes finaly a chick that skates and sticks with it. I no longer feel alone. i will have to disagree with you. You should have focused on the bending of ur front heel. most people know how to jump backwards. you must bend ur front heel to get the full rotation quik then you must bend ur legs quickly because it is hard to pop a heelflip high for most people.

what if you scared? like i'v been skating for a year and a half and i suck cuz of my fear. 8 months just to learn to ollie in motion, and i still cant land kickflips of heelflips

I had the same problem when I was younger... If youre scared you can always practice in the grass. Some people might laugh at trying tricks in the grass but its a lot better than getting hurt on concrete if youre scared...

Well yea...Kids are always askin me about heelflips so I just wanted to clear that up ... I always wanted to half cab heel manual... I might start working on that...
