Looks like the intro for KPDX's News At Ten broadcast, which was also airing at the same time, too. I know both WCPX/WKMG & KPDX had the same ownership until First Media sold it in 1997 to Meredith. WCPX is now licensed to a Chicago Ion station.

actually it's from Sept. 22, 1996 because WCPX used to air Sports Jam on Sundays

What makes this video interesting, it is WECT and WWAY combined from the late 90s.

Its WECT's logo mixed in with WWAY's music package.
