  • I wind mine on in the other direction. Doesn't seem to make a difference.

  • I now own 3 of your beautiful Turkish spindles. One was a gift, and the other 2, I bought recently and love them! I made similar videos for winding onto a Turkish spindles using the Bocote Lark (See my account). I hope to see many more people posting this simple procedure as it seems to be misunderstood as being "hard" to do, or an advanced skill.

  • I just purchased one of your beautiful mini Turkish spindles at MSWF 2010. I spun all the way home in the car (four hours). Your short video was just the answer I needed to demystify wrapping on. I like your clever approach to the half-hitch too. Thank you!
