Blackened Garlic Chicken
Marinate for at least an hour:
about 1 pound thin chicken breast strips
2 tbls Caesar salad dressing
1 teaspoons (tps) cayenne pepper
1 tps black pepper
1 tps cumin (optional)
cook:
olive oil
4 fresh garlic cloves, shredded or chopped fine
marinated chicken
In non-stick pan warm up 2 splashes of olive oil on high heat. Add fresh shredded garlic, sauté about 2 minutes, add chicken. Cook over high heat both side, cut slits in chicken to release moisture. Shake pan occasionally so chicken does not stick. Cook about 5 minutes on each side, until blackened and caramelized. Add additional seasonings to taste (optional).
