Recording of the flow indicator on Zalman Reserator2. Uploaded for use on a discussion forum, because the indicator seems not to rotate properly.

  • Sounds like you're having a pressure problem.

  • @MegaDeathwarrant looks like you are unable to read previous comments before posting! :-D This video is 3 years old, the problem was solved after a day or two, and the owner of the system changed back to fan cooling after a short while.

  • I have exactly the same issue, though my Zalman is cooling GPU,CPU and chipset. I'm going to add a second radiator inside my case and another pump in serial to improve cooling and flow rates.

I used the anti algae coolant from the start but still get crap flow. Weirldy it improves a lot when the system is warm.

Have you a link to the discussion forum that that was for so I can see how the discussion went?

    Cheers.

  • I'm from Norway and posted this on a Norwegian discussion board. Since you are from UK I doubt that you can read the Norwegian comments on that forum...

  • @erikei Do I care? No.

  • I ditched my Reserator and went back to air cooling for now Zaleman water cooling is done for me rather make my water cooling custom built that works much better then zaleman shit ;)

Had the same problem used distelled water & anti freeze liquid and pretty much it got fucked up

  • Its better than my danger den flow meter, which at one stage jammed completely and you had to hit it to get it started every time you start the computer. I opened it up, cleaned it out and now it works fine.

  • Cook some water in a boiler like u usually make tea u know and let it cool down or you can buy some water at ur local supermarket.

Bacterias will be killed so there wont be any corrosion existing in the system! ;)

  • dude thats why you use distilled water

  • The pump could have collected some air bubbles. Tilt your radiator as described in installation guide and toggle the power several times. It solved the problem for me.
