This week's Hello America is showcasing a question from, Touquir Ahmed, a restaurant owner in Islamabad who wants to know about the indicators that can help him making a decision for opening a branch of his successful restaurant business. Tom Meyer, vice president of Clyde's restaurant chain of the Washington DC area, answering this question says that it is the public demand and restaurant's own need of providing better career prospects to its staff that helps the management to make this decision. He also believes that constant communication with the staff is crucial for maintaining the good standard throughout the chain.
