This is a response to the Brownie Sundae video that was featured on the homepage of Youtube. Dan goes out on his own (crew-less) to answer a few questions and to show a version with less calories for the folks asking for one. Just set up a little camera (We usually have 2 camera guys, lights and other stuff) and sent it to UnoDeuce Multimedia to do a little editing and uploaded it. THANK YOU! (Yes. You.)
What you'll need:
1 mini-brownie cupcake (1/24th of a 8X8 Recipe)
4-5 Strawberries (1/5th of a Quart)
1/2 tsp. Honey
1/4-1/2tsp. 12-year Aged Balsamic Vinegar
Pitch of Kosher Salt.
1 tsp Shaved White Chocolate

  • Sounds great! Although, you kept saying I think "basalmic" instead of "balsamic" which gave me a little laugh :) Love the vids!

  • @PopTVTeacher You are totally right... I realized that I've said it wrong my whole life when I went to spell it and figured out where that darn "l" was supposed to go. haha. Thanks for the continued views by the way. We just taped a few new episodes today.

  • @funktifiedfood Np! Excited for the new vids :)

  • @PopTVTeacher You can catch sneak peak photos of the new dishes on our Funktified Food Facebook Page. :)

  • Mmm! Looks amazing!

  • @KirstenMiche It is pretty darn tasty! Let me know how you like it if you try it... send a photo if you take one.

  • @JesAnne32 Thanks. I'll have to try that. I would cook the strawberries sometimes but I wanted to keep the strawberries fresh this time because when they are in season they look so good. :)

  • @JesAnne32 That was supposed to be "cook" the strawberries.

  • If you mix a soft cheese in with your ice cream, and actually good the strawberries in a pan, with the balsamic, you'll be in heaven.
