wat u hav to do is get a forest firefly from forest haven, and take it to the picto box dude. he will give you Deluxe Pictobox.....then take pic of full moon im not telling the difference between both picto boxes but ok

Maybe you have to get the deluxe camera from the photoguy cause you'll get a camera that adds color to your photos after you do his task. The first task is taking a picture of the guy with red overalls delivering a letter to the mailbox, then take a picture of a guy in the bar after scaring him, then the guy who passes and glances the girl in an orange dress near the battleship shop. After that you need to talk to that dude and he tells you capture a firefly in The Forbidding Woods.
