I agree with all but salaam rushed for 1200 too. In fact forte just beat him by like 30 yards I think. But he is the most versitle back PERIOD! Not only does he run smart (I.E. he waits for his blocks and lets the play develop) but he can line up at slot, split out wide, block like a linemen, pick up the blitz; what DOESNT he do!?! And lets not forget he had a average QB and decent oline. Now with a completly younger and more talented line and CUTLER he wont have 30+ carries to wear him out

umm led all rookies besides eddie royal in receptions and hes a hb...8th rookie in NFL HISTORY to have 64 or more receptions and 1000 yards rushing.....1st bears rookie to have 1000 yards rushing...the best blocker out of this years hb class....imaterafact the most VERSITILE back in last years draft!!!

Solid actually great season for Forte as a rookie. Rookie of the year? Disagreed 100% Lets see, finished 3rd in rushing among rookies behind CJ and Slaton, averaged less yards per carry and didnt take his team (granted not very good) into the playoffs. Certainly cant expect that from him, but clearly not rookie of the year.
