What song is playing in the background? I didnt find it in soundtrack

@shannylm I think the key term here is 'loosely-based'. The film is loosely-based on the books and therefore the director and/or screenwriter has taken a few liberties with the narrative. They no doubt saw the original ending as incompatible to the sort of film they were making, and so opted for a more traditional rom-com conclusion. I agree that the book's ending isn't nearly as emotionally-fulfilling as the film, but it is slightly more credible :).

@ahaitsprincessalice Brian cocks up the University Challenge match, goes away shame-faced and hated by the rest of team (except Lucy) as well as their supporters, and then decidedly leaves the university. Rebecca calls him up after and they go travelling together for a while. He concludes everything whilst composing an apologetic letter to Alice, until Rebecca comes back from swimming and then they go off to shower together. A slightly less obvious rom-com ending, I'm sure you'll agree...:D.

This is on the TV right now and i thought it looked like Greenwich
I pass it every day and so the architecture does pop into my head when the film was on
