This Sand & Finish Project was completed on June 29, 2007. The homeowner had used "Mop & Glo" on the floor; therefore the top coat was ruined (no shine); also, there were shade variations due to sunlight exposure.. This was a prefinished floor, that no other company wanted to touch. The house was for sale, therefore the project needed to be fast and thorough. We prepped, sand and finished the floor, adding 3 top coats of waterbourne gloss finish.

  • Wow, I hear you. One of my big machines is a 35 year old American 8. We use B2 edgers.

  • Looks like a nice clean sanding job. Good work.

  • Looks like you did a nice job! What kind of sanders do you use? I sand floors as well! I use a 50 year old porter cable drum sander and a clarke 7-r edger! Then we buff the floors after the final sanding!
