President Obama Wins Nobel Peace Prize

Seems kind of strange.. maybe a little early, but KataVideo explains it's a "pro-active award". The Nobel Committee is saying, "we have faith in you, you're now a Nobel Winner.. start acting like one!"
This is a good thing for America, let's encourage President Obama to use this new prestige to advance American Interests of Peace and Justice.

*love* that song. it was first time in years I heard something and stopped everything and said "what the hell is that?" I actually saw the pillows in Kyoto a few years ago... we think they're these huge rock stars, but they headlined in a tiny, basement club! although I think they play larger festivals as a support act.

While i rarely disagree with the man behind the mask...i don't think giving B.O the Nobel was a well thought out move.

The Nobel isn't supposed to be awarded in the 'hope that it is someday deserved'.

Nominations for this years prize closed 9 days after Obama took office...there is just no way that anyone could have foreseen whether he would be a deserving candidate.

While i rate the man, and think he may one day be in a position to receive this legitimately..i don't think today is that day.

i dressed up like FLCL Haruko girl last Halloween 2004 at costume parties. LOL

friends had told me for years that i reminded them alot of Haruko by her looks and quircky personality. lol. especially my Vespa bike, high energy and the way i eat noodles. i eventually took it as a compliment. ::sigh:: she grew on me. = p
