Gone are the days when the career span of a Bollywood actress depended on her single status. Citing the names of actresses like Madhuri Dixit, Juhi Chawla and Kajol, is enough an example. It is no wonder then that Aishwarya Rai is getting selective about the roles she takes up. And why not, as the Bachchan bahu can afford it.
Apparently she refused to do a Dharma Productions film.

It is said that her character in the film was sort of sensual and she deem it inappropriate a role to do after marriage. What's a little strange is the fact that had she taken up the project, she would have starred opposite her husband, Abhishek Bachhcan.

@nancyann78 I totally agree, i'm not a fan of ash or anything but if ash and abhi is in love, age doesn't matter. Ash is not ugly and if she chooses plastic surgery it's her business besides no one wants to get old. If we all had to money, bet we would do the same. No one's perfect after all
