Shows you our 'lounger' style futon! It takes up less wall space and still makes a full size bed. Its available in a full size (shown) and in Twin which looks like a Chaise lounger. We also introduce you to our new 2 piece mattress, which eliminates the need for the foot rest and makes it look like a traditional love seat!

I don't know if you have a lounger (mattress sits on 3 pieces) or sofa type (mattress sits on just the seat and back- looks like a regular couch).both have a locked position when it is folded down into the bed. You need to pull the deck that the mattress sits on toward you from the front It will move an inch or two. The 'strap' provided has never worked for for us. Go to one side, grab the back with one hand and put the other hand in the crease of the mattress and lift the back.

If you have the sofa style that goes along the wall, you may only get it half way up. That is fine, just go around to the front and grab the MATTRESS only, and pull the top of the mattress toward you while using your leg (knee) to push the seat piece the rest of the way in.
