Saint's Row 2 Going the Distance Achievement

I just wanted to throw someone off a roof. I didn't know you can get an achievement for it lol. In the vid I already had the achievement, I'm just showing how I stumbled across it.

press LB when brhind someone. it takes tham as a human sheild.

Press LB when behind someone and it will grab them as a human shield; press LB again when holding them and it will throw them (if you tap LB when behind someone you will grab them and immediately throw them).
