I just finished my franchise year 1 and now i'm in the offseason. when i get to the retiring part, all my good players retire. is there any way to kepp them from retiring???!!! PLEASE HELP ANYONE! It's mad annoying.

ONE THING I THINK THEY SHOULD HAVE IS AN OFF SEASON WORKOUT WITH THE FRANCHISE MODE AND SUPERSTAR MODE TO GET YOUR PLAYER BUILT BY LIFTING AND PRACTICE. THATS MY OPINION
