Edward Peter Stringham is the L.V. Hackley Endowed Professor for the Study of Capitalism and Free Enterprise at Fayetteville State University. He received a B.A. in economics from College of the Holy Cross and his Ph.D. from George Mason University. He has edited Anarchy, State and Public Choice (2006) and Anarchy and the Law: The Political Economy of Choice (2007).
