Only When You're A Jonas [chapter 6]

Ok first of all I want to thank jbdrim for making a video about liking my stories! Oh em gee! That is crazy! Thank you so much you are such a sweetheart! I was like freaking out! Haha I'm a dork! Thanks for reading. I know you were one of the first ones! don't think I didn't notice! Lol so big shout out to her for sure!!!! And thank you to everyone who reads my stories! I really truly appreciate it! You guys are amazing! Enough chit chatting! Lets get to the good stuff!

Lexi was sitting on the bus playing with her phone. She was so heart broken. Sometimes she hated being a Jonas. Of course it came with some perks but with everyone of those comes a downer. She was sitting there when nick came over and saw her bummed out.

Nick: you ok munchkin?
Lexi: I'll live.
Nick: Lexi if he couldn't see what an amazing girl you are then why waste your time right?
Lexi: I guess but I'm not crying over some stupid boy.
Nick: then what's on your mind?
Lexi: when you guys were getting famous did you ever just want to go back to being normal?
Nick: all the time.
Lexi: its just I hate feeling like people only want to get to know me because of you guys. Thanks nick for being a teen heartthrob.
Nick: [laughing] sorry. Look Lex...its gonna get tough but you just have to remember that you're fortunate enough to live other peoples dreams.
Lexi: yeah. Its just I want people to know me! The real me!
Nick: I hear ya. But if you only give them you then that's all they'll get. People will always have a thought of what they THINK you are like. Its up to you to show them who you really are. You're beloved uncle joe almost lost the real him at one point of our career. But a very special someone brought him back down to reality.
Lexi: really! Joey was being a diva!
Nick: yeah. He got all caught up into the life and hurt the ones he loved.
Lexi: wow. I never would have thought.
Nick: yeah. So I just don't want you to lose you ok. [kissed her head] you just stay the way you are and don't let anyone else tell you otherwise. Not even us ok?
Lexi: ok [smiled and hugged him]
Nick: but I don't have to worry about you because you are so stubborn.
Lexi: I'm not stubborn! Just strong minded!
Nick: ok you think that. I'm off to bed. I'm an old man now. I cant do this anymore.
Lexi: night uncle nick.
Nick: sweet dreams munchkin.

Lexi watched as her uncle went off to bed. She loved having those deep conversations with him. He was like a never ending book of wisdom and he always knew the right thing to say. She needed to get away from the testosterone and decided to call her mom.

Sam: hello?
Lexi: hey mommy.
Sam: hi sweetie! Is everything ok? Its kind of late.
Lexi: oh. Sorry. I totally forgot about the time difference.
Sam: its ok. It took me a while to get used to it to. How's your dad.
Lexi: don't even get me started.
Sam: why what happened.
Lexi: he totally embarrassed me today!
Sam: oh no. what did he do?
Lexi told her mom about Michael [I'm too lazy lol] and Sam just laughed.
Lexi: its not funny.
Sam: aw honey they only do it because they love you. Besides that boy was a jerk.
Lexi: I know. I guess I just miss you a lot.
Sam: aw sweetie I miss you too but you have to take full advantage of this situation! Not very many people can do this.
Lexi: I know.
Sam: ok honey just call me in the morning ok. I'm gonna head back to bed because I have work tomorrow.
Lexi: ok mom. I love you.
Sam: love you too. Tell your dad I need to talk to him ok.
Lexi: [laughing] ok bye mom.

Lexi hung up with her mom. She was missing her so much. It was almost unbearable. Her mom was truly her best friend. She always told her everything. Although she had her family she felt heart broken and alone. She grabbed her guitar and began to write a song. She just wished that one day people will see her for who she really is. Until that day comes her guitar and music was her salvation.

I decided on only when you're a Jonas. It was a close call between that and watching over me but this story is more about Lexi finding herself and dealing with the Jonas life. Thanks you guys for the suggestions! Maybe one more later! Depends! Lol YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!

no i dont write any of these songs. i say the characters in the story do just for plot purposes but all the song titles and artists are in the credits at the end of the video.

haha nicks an old man now wow it just occured to me that when im like old nicks gonna be old.....he wont stay young forever wow you would think that would be common sense but i just like realized that....i wonder if when im old and nicks old if i will still think hes hot in like and old person way lol
