Why do boy and girl bands always seem to be the focus music in these 90s tributes,they didnt pollute the scene until the last couple of years.I remember Alternate Rock,Grunge,Nu Metal,Rap,Techno,and Skater/Punk stuff mainly,oh and pop of course before it got super annoying.

@rosered316 I was born in 1983 and do not consider myself an 80s kid because I hardly remember anything that happened before 1989. I was a kid and a teenage all throughout the 90s and that makes me a 90s kid.

The way I define 90s kid is- if you were a child or a teenager (but not yet 18) in the 90s, then you were a 90s "kid". I was a 80s kid (birth to age 8 in the 80s) and 90s kid. Kid doesn't necessarily mean "little child" and I remember more things from about 7 or 8 then I do when I was really tiny. If you were underage in that decade and feel that was your kid decade.... ahhh... people are fighting about this too much.

I was 8-18 in the 90s, turned 13 halfway through 1995. I consider myself a 90s kid. I remember a bit of the 80s, but only the last 2 or 3 years. The early t0 mid 90s I was definitely a "kid" and remember the Genesis and NES, etc... thanks for the memories.
