Its Venus, just google "Venus during the day" and you will find many sites about being able to see the planet, during the day, on the same days you have been seeing it. BTW, if you REALLY want to call it Nibiru or Planet X, Take note that it is 2009, and the "end of the world" is 2012. Which means that, we need a whole 3 years + what 9 months (December remember) before it hits us. So Nibiru whould NOT be bright yet, nor are we in the correct area in rotation for it to hit us, retards.
