City Council Fights over Budget: This is the unions before Issue 2

This broadcast was done one month before Issue 2 was even thought about. This is what negotiating with unions was like before Issue 2. Would you try and talk to those types of people. It had been tried, and didn't work. Coming to a budget meeting near you. Here the Police and Fire department unions in Cincinnati don't want to admit that their income levels are overly taxing on the City budget and the city council is looking to have massive layoffs.
