  • looks like a wore out POS need to restore it

  • @subject24xx HA! Funny you say that! About a year after this vid, I replaced every body panel other then the cowl in front of the windshield. New cab, fenders, doors, box, tailgate, hood, and even a nice set of side mirrors! It was also painted British Racing Green (dark green). I have been working on a vid for the truck like the one I did for my Silvia, but I just havent had the time. I sold the truck a year ago, but when I sold it, she looked 100X's better!

  • How much lift does it have

  • @2strokequad It had 9 1/2 in the front, 11 1/2 inches in the rear... Only had the body lift for tire clearance. I had Mazda 2WD spring in the rear and they were awesome! Best bang for the buck! Flexed better then my friends allpros and cost $38 at Pick and Pull!

  • @bigntastyV8 I have a chance to get an 86 22r 4 inch suspension 3 inch body, with 35's. Do they go good? its a 5 speed I believe. hould I worry about the drive train?

  • Ive got an 85 on 35x12.50s.. it shows just a little lag in the motor, but hes right if you know how to clutch and use the motor right its just fine. My engine has 237k on it and it will still spin the tires and gets around 20 mpg. Ive got the 22r 5spd and I have pulled more trailers and hauled more scrap in this truck than I did with my 88 F250. Impressive little trucks

  • @hinzboy57 I drove for 6 years on stock 4:10's with those 35's and 36's before that. It's not the gears to worry about, it's you clutch and motor. The motor wore out much faster with the 35's. I had 5:29's but never got them in and I have since sold my truck... It still ran and drove, but needed help, it did have 250K on it... haha

  • @dead91silvia will stock gearing hold up with 35's? i cant find any info on it.

  • @camoyota86 35"x14.5"

  • @mikesandytoes Not hard at all... I broke it once, but then re-welded it. I've done a few more in other cars as well. Mostly drift cars. Just keep it clean and make sure you get it hot. There has got to be a DIY some where on it...
