Day 3 started late I made the brew at 3pm so it lasted lat in the evening I did finish it all though. The salt water was
rough but I made it. And I lost 2 more lbs. That is 4 so far!

i am so enjoying your videos...thought i might give a hint if it helps. Ive done this cleanse before, when it came to the salt water...use a straw!! Taste goes right past your taste buds....so much easier!! I agree though, you guys are hilarious!

3 months sounds good I'm in! I'm glad you lik my videos. I did do some of them on my own. But it was more fun doing them together.

Haha, that saltwater looks nasty! It'll be interesting to see if you can make it through all ten days. I know I wouldn't!
And you've lost four pounds in two days? Man, and I was proud of myself for losing five pounds over the last month!
