this is not looking very good because you are moving so much on the trampoline

you really need to get deeper into the shapes, get a strong kick out, hold the legs on the landing of the 1n3 and jump...you bounce painfully low lol

um im learning the exact same routine but i hate the 1 3/4 fronts i like 2 fronts are u ment to look were ur going when u land on your back how long did it take u too learn please tell mr

yeah, you're supposed to open up at about a 1 1/4 (i did a bad job of that), spot the trampoline, then duck under.. basically like a crash dive but with an extra flip added on. Umm, this was taken nearly two years aog, so I really don't remember how long it took me to learn, I used a mat first though, probably a few weeks to a month? I did it tucked first, of course, but it really wasn't that bad as long as you jumped high enough and flipped fast enough..
