Me closing captains of crush gripper #2...

1st video of me closing c0c #2... Ill post a better video that shows my whole hand and the handles touching from a better angle soon. But this is all I have to post now.. I dont know if the 2nd close the handles touched or not, but ive done #2 for 3 reps a week before I shot this video and Now Im capable of doing #2 for 4 reps...

Im now training for the #2.5 before the end of 2008... now is 4/2/2008

he #2 gripper is set at 195 lbs of force to make the handles touch..

Btw in a couple of days Im gonna post my vid of coc#2 for 5 reps... its a better vid than this. Also Ive done a best of #2 for 8 reps, soon I shall do the #2.5
