How to play the "No Intention" riffs by Dirty Projectors

Dave's acoustic part in No Intention. I tried using the Sirus Acoustic version to figure it out, and it didn't seem all that difficult. It's just the main riffs and chorus though, and I'm not spot on on the chorus, although when I sing it with friends, it always sounds really pretty. Either way, fairly easy considering it's Dave Longstreth! Thank you to KristoforN for generally inspiring me to actually attempt to learn these insanely difficult songs. And watch his vids! He's the authority thus far!
