The Musical Genius of Scott Joplin accompanied by some period postcards and photos of the Long Lost era of Classic Cincinnati River Boat Travel.
At one time there were many different types of "Paddle Wheelers" plying the passenger trade up and down the Ohio river with most calling Cincinnati a home port or main terminal for passenger service. The two most famous vessels were the Island Queen and the Delta Queen.
With the advent of the Mega Highway System and universal Air Travel.....the need for Passenger River Boats has long since gone - never to return. All we have now are fading memories and vintage photos.
In our mad, suicidal, time pressed society of insanity and impatience...we seem to have lost a more modest and sublime way to travel and get to our destinations.
Sometimes we seem to forget that the WAY you get where you are going is AS IMPORTANT as how FAST you there.
I would love to hear what you all think.....
Very nicely done. The postcard collection is an excellent one and the music complements everything perfectly. I can't tell you how many potentially good YouTube videos are ruined because the creator chose to accompany it with some inapt and shoddy piece of contemporary music.

Thank you so much for your kind words of support. You hit the nail on the head about music and images going together.
