To change weather location
iFile> Var> Stash > Themes(random set of letters)> Silex (SD or HD) Springboard.theme> Setup> Config.js
That is just for the widget in the backround, For Lockscreen
iFile> Var> Stash> Themes> Silex (SD or HD) Lockscreen.theme> Setup> Config.js
Follow the instructions and you're good to go
while you are in there go ahead and change the Celsius to Fahrenheit by going to the Config.js file and look for var tempUnit and where it says c in the quotes put f
