Rep. Scott Garrett Discusses the Constitutionality of the President's Actions in Libya

Constitution Caucus Chairman Scott Garrett was on "Freedom Watch with Judge Napolitano" last night to discuss the President's actions in Libya. As the Chairman points out, every Member of Congress should be outraged at the President's blatant disregard for the Constitution. A progress report from President Obama is no substitute for congressional authorization.
