Thanks for enjoying Dane's music! We have a few things in common. Dane was in a band called The Puppies back in '81. Their drummer, Irene Liberatore was also your drummer. Earle Mankey engineered and co-produced Dane's "Sleep Convention" album. Dane is now signed to Bug Music and still writes and records.

Thanks so much for enjoying the Sleep Convention album! Unfortunately, MCA/Universal has never released SC on cd, however, Dane has made mp3 files of all of the songs, as well as the original demos. Hi - this is awesome stuff. I remember when this came out in '82. I was in a band in San Diego called "The Targets" - we played with "The Puppies" a few times and even hung out at Nino's (bassist) house. I played guitar and keyboards. Dane should have been a big star. Cheers!
