"Hell" or Sheol is really mostly your subconscious mind or... Karmic Wheel that your associating with when u sleep cus all your thoughts, emotions, guilts n' w/e comeback to when u you are sleepin as well.. and you can suffer with what you have or have not done, good or bad.

If u feel watched and don't see any apparation or awareness of any "intelligence" near you.. then chalk it up to imagination or nothing serious. Otherwise you'll train your mind into irrational fears and get hooked on lower vibration frequency thoughts which is EXACTLY what most of these 'abductees' and people with experiences are doing. Trust me, i know.. i've been chased in my sleep, killed, shot at, burned, chained up w/e.

Sumtimes you see nothing at all but still have the sensations, it's cus your still conscious while sleeping..majority of people who don't lucid dream or 'travel out' jus go into delta-wave.. where your in dead alseep but your aren't focused on anything. Doesn't mean that nothin isn't happening however cus there's no such thing as being 'un-conscious' anyway. Skeptics will probably never understand this. However, if u feel watched.. don't worry about it.

@PurplexSour Well i've had those experiences too, trust me they're really not as bad as people think at all. As a matter of fact, i DO believe in sum abduction thoeries based on my research, but many of these people are mostly experience sumthin called 'astral catalepsy' (i think that's what is called). Sumtimes you see entities on mental projections in dreams that are abstract n' could mean sumthin of a spiritual nature, but could also be dellusion.

My experience was much different and positive. Through it I learned some 'aliens' are fallen "watchers" but they (I was told) can not harm me. The interdimensional ones are part of Gods armies and are gathering for the end time. Demons don't need a space ship, they are spirits- fallen angels. But faith in Yeshua will make the evil ones leave you alone.
