whats "paint pot" and how do you apply it and where do you get it?

its an eyeshadow base you buy at mac and you apply it with your finger or a brush

i didnt have money on me when it came out either and there was only 1 black ore in LA left at my nearest counter.... i friken rushed out, bought it and put it on credit. im glad i did.... lol i would send u some but my friend spilled it and i lost about half of it.
