@smats42 also there is a high risk of injury on these lifts. it's always safer to get instructed by a professional no matter what level of skill you are going for.

@zm5431 uh, they're using kettlebells, its a standard kettlebell exercise.

@Chrisman50 good point. i wish youtube was available when i was learning to lift. why reinvent the wheel when youtube has it dialed up for easy learning? i think im becoming a dinosaur, (sigh).

how much instruction does the shoulder press take? these are not pro athletes, why so much coaching?

@runtinsweet The pull ups in the background, crossfit is an event of endurance its not a sport of becoming stronger to build muscle. In actual events athletes complete a circuit, doing pull ups like that uses momentum in order to conserve energy to help you last longer. Type it in on youtube, cross fit pull ups
