They were doing construction on the Shark River Drawbridge, so speeds were reduced drastically. Since they were replacing the entire approach span to the bridge, traffic was reduced to using only one track to get accross, thus the need for slow speed.
Unfortunately I don't have any videos of the train pulling in to the station. I took a few photos at the station before my train arrived, but it didn't occur to me to take video until I was already on board. I will try and get some more Belmar videos on my next NJT trip, since it is the nearest station to my house.
