  • Im not a pro on watches, but you seem like you might be. You think you could estimate the value of a watch? Im tryin to sell a nice fossil one that i've never worn, but idk how much it was worth cuz i got it as a gift O.o I would greatly apreciate a reply please and thank you :)

  • @UFC813CHRIS @UFC813CHRIS I may be proficient on how to hold watches on a wrist, but I am not a watch expert. You may want to visit some watch forums, beginning with Poor Mans Watch Forum. Some folks there may be able to help you out or at least point you in the right direction.

  • There are a few 19mm bands. We offer some on our website.

If you go to 18mm, there will be a small gap between band and case lugs. Some don't mind, others do. If you are wanting a leather band, it is sometimes possible to "squeeze" a 20mm into 19mm lugs. It depends on whether the leather is soft or rigid.

  • @silkybill You're welcome.

  • Generally speaking, it is not a problem to replace a metal band with a leather strap or vice versa. The exception might be if your metal bracelet has a non-standard, integrated fit with watch case. Then, it might be difficult to find a leather band to replace it.

  • Yes, you can change a watch band with any strong, thin device that allows you to get between the band and the watch lug. It might be a very small screwdriver, knife, file, etc.

  • You can use the old spring bars. Just make sure that they are not worn or broken.

  • Very good! Thank you.. Now all I need is to get that spring bar tool...

  • great video, excellent clarity, could't have been made better.

  • My watch says 19mm, what size band should I use? Everywhere I look the closest is either 18mm or 20mm.

  • thumbs up if you landed here from J.Crew.com....

  • nice video but golden line at 2:42 "sometimes it just goes right in, but sometimes you need a little extra pressure" haha life lessons

  • thanks for a very useful video Prince
