@stolenfromthestars well 3 agents did that 2 me 2 like 3 years ago. they were asking stuff wich i didnt no what it meant since i was no 2 the us but i dint have an accen. so i was asking what does this mean and the rep said it again and i dint understand and she said oh my god and hug up. second call didnt understand the rep was rude i asked for a supervisor supervisor got rep back he was rude again ask for the supervisor and the rep said no this conversation is over and hung up.
