The main problem is the fact for being a test on knowledge of the constitution, you also included court rullings. They may have rulled on something, but that does not mean their rulling is in the constitution.

Rulings has one "l" not two. You may be right but nevertheless the court said this is what the Constitution means. You might want to consider that in light of all that has happened recently.

I must also challange the last answer. As it is based on a supreme court rulling and the constitutionality of their rullings have been in question as of late.

I take exception to the rulling and challange any court to that effect.

First problem is question 6. Although the supreme court may have ruled on something, does not make it so. Recent activity around the supreme court indicates more criminal like bahavior by elected officials and courts.

If the provisions in the constitution are not required to be floowed, then why waste time putting them in there in the first place?

I challange any court rulling to the contrary.
