actually the part with the lights in it comes in various colors. I am gonna have to assume that this is the newer version that is more durable and has more features. On the older one neither the banjo or maracka did anything and the door would come off so easily and when you'd push the tiny button underneath a few times it would either say the b or the f word (depending on what page you are on). the newer one would take at least the strength of an 8 year old to pry off.
