Here is instruction on how to construct forms in a 2-point perspective.
Key emphases for this exercise:
1. Any two forms, that are physically attached to one another, would have a common plane. (In the videos, I also refer that as shared plane or shared/common footprint)
2. The shared plane could be a complete, incomplete or floating.
3. No matter how many additional forms you plan to add to the structure, the overall structure as well as all the parts must abide to the perspective they belong to. Always answer to the vanishing points.
4. Draw through everything. Train your eyes to see those hidden corners and planes.
5. Use layers of tracing paper to keep track of construction.
6. Always use registration marks on tracing paper.
