This is a good dance, i am doing the nightmare peace myself and have chosen the same music, i was stuck on getting the movements- then one of my dancers also dropped out so i was left with just the three of us, with only having a short amount of time left on this piece after watching yours i have now been able to come up with a few dance movements myself, please could you email me any advice :) xx

well yes, it's meant to be MOTIF DEVELOPMENT, every bloody person in my class has developed a motif so it is different, that's the point of you developing it, to show your creativity and originality so not all your motif's are the same. I can see what people are on about how that GCSE's were particularly easy and are getting harder. if this is an A* your examiner must have been both deaf and blind.

I'm assuming you have either taken or are taking Dance GCSE? I'm not trying to have an argument on here, and I know everyone has the right to express their opinion, but constructive criticism is always a good start, instead of attacking someone. Comments describing my examiners as 'both deaf and blind' isn't constructive, it's petty. If you think Dance GCSE is too easy, please contact AQA yourself. Dance is a sensitive thing; it's expressive. So please have respect and consider that in future

You got 30/30 :O sorry but your choreography wasn't original or different and the dancing wasn't fantastic, even the story of the dream was repetitive. clearly to get an A* in dance you don't need any creativity or skill IMHO... -.-

Teddymere- Cheers? If you're thinking some are the moves are similar, then that's because it's what we call developing a motif. Also to note, this is GCSE standard, therefore it's not exactly gonna be first class dancing/choreography. Besides, this piece was moderated internally and externally- so two qualified dance examiners thought it was worth 30/30, so I'd much rather go by their opinion because they know what they're talking about.
